We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across multiple positions while ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk and lateral hiring

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews

Maintain candidate data and recruitment reports

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience

Requirements:

Graduate/MBA in HR preferred

3–5 years of experience in core recruitment (IT/Non-IT/BPO)

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work with targets and timelines
