Tax And Accounts Executive

Taxation:

• Prepare and file tax returns for individuals, companies, and other entities in accordance with the Income Tax Act.
• Assist in tax planning and advisory services for clients to optimize their tax positions.
• Maintain records for tax compliance and ensure timely filing of returns.
• Prepare and file GST Returns

Accounting:

• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and financial statements for clients.
• Perform day-to-day accounting functions including ledger entries, bank reconciliations, and payroll processing.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure the accuracy of financial data.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on the status of their accounts.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth execution of tax and accounting services.
• Manage client records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to data protection regulations.
• Assist in audits and review of client financials as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
• CA Inter or Final (or equivalent) qualification preferred.
• Experience:
• 2+ years of experience in taxation and accounting, preferably in a CA firm.
• Hands-on experience with tax preparation, filing, and compliance.
• Good knowledge of Tally and Microsoft Office.
• Skills:
• Basic knowledge of Indian Tax Laws,
• Strong knowledge of Accounting principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
