Tax Assistant

Handle end-to-end GST compliance and return filing.Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation and annual returns (GSTR-9/9C, if applicable).

Reconcile purchase register with GSTR-2B and sales register with GSTR-1.Track, verify, and manage Input Tax Credit (ITC).Identify mismatches and coordinate with vendors / clients / accounts team for resolution.Ensure timely and accurate filing as per GST deadlines.Assist in handling GST notices, audits, and departmental queries.

Maintain proper GST records, workings, and compliance trackers.Stay updated with GST law amendments, notifications, and circulars.
