Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum

Teach students using innovative and engaging instructional methods

Assess, record, and report students’ progress and performance

Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment

Identify individual learning needs and provide appropriate support

Prepare teaching materials, assignments, and examinations

Encourage student participation and critical thinking

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress

Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events

Maintain discipline and classroom management standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject (B.Ed preferred)

Teaching certification/license as per local education board norms

Proven teaching experience (freshers may apply, if applicable)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage and motivate students

Knowledge of modern teaching methods and educational technology
