Team Lead – IT Support (Field)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the IT support team
  • Manage day-to-day IT operations (hardware, software, O365)
  • Handle part replacements, printer installations, and VIP user support
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues & escalations
  • Implement best practices and improve IT support processes
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth IT operations


Skills Required:

  • Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Windows & O365
  • Knowledge of printer installation & hardware replacement
  • Leadership, team management & communication skills
  • Willingness to handle on-site/field support when required
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT Support with at least 2 years in a leadership role
