About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Lead - Tele Sales to lead and inspire our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telesales, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for driving admissions through strategic sales initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in mentoring the team, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement.


  • Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing telesales team to achieve and exceed admission targets.
  • Assign leads efficiently and ensure systematic follow-ups for maximum conversion.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools, maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Drive lead closure strategies to enhance conversion rates and boost admissions.
  • Train the telecalling team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and CRM software.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Assess lead quality and collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Ensure team productivity by setting daily/weekly targets and tracking progress.
  • Oversee adherence to sales scripts, processes, and compliance standards.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve customer engagement and enrollment rates.
  • Resolve escalations and support the team in closing high-value admissions.
  • Analyze sales metrics, generate performance reports, and recommend process optimizations.
  • Foster strong relationships with prospective students and parents, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and counseling teams to align telesales efforts with organizational goals.


  • Ideal Candidate Profile:Experience: 2-5 years in telesales, preferably in education/EdTech, with 1+ year in a leadership role.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
  • Strong leadership with the ability to set targets and drive performance.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and telesales best practices.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in sales analytics.
