Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Associate Process Manager / Team Lead for our International Voice/Chat process. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, inbound process experience, and the ability to lead a team in a dynamic customer service environment.
Job Title: Associate Process Manager / Team Lead International Voice/Chat Process
Location: Embassy Quadron, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Pune
Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA + ₹4,000 Night Shift Allowance
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shifts: 24x7 Rotational Shifts (US Shift)
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader.
Total work experience between 4 to 10 years.
Mandatory experience in Inbound processes.
Strong people management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
Knowledge of Telecom/Cable domain preferred.
Good proficiency in MS Excel.
