Team Leader

Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Lead to manage and drive our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in property sales, and the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve assigned sales targets.
• Generate leads through various channels and ensure follow-up and closure.
• Guide the team in client meetings, site visits, and deal negotiations.
• Manage end-to-end sales processes including client handling, property presentations, and closing deals.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase project sales performance.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for lead management and campaign support.
• Track and report team performance using sales metrics and dashboards.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product and market knowledge.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead/supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of Pune’s real estate market and project sales cycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
