📌 *Hiring: Team Leader – Telesales* 

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced & motivated Team Leader to handle a high-performing telesales team (20+ members). Candidate must have strong leadership skills and experience in finance/investment sales.

🔹 *Key Responsibilities:* 

• Lead & manage a team of 20–30 telesales executives

• Set & achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets

• Monitor call quality & conversions

• Conduct training & performance reviews

• Prepare daily/weekly reports & maintain CRM accuracy

• Handle customer escalations

• Support team by taking follow-up & closing calls

• TL will also make sales calls along with the team

🔹 *Requirements* :

• Minimum 1 year experience as Telesales TL / BPO TL

• Must have handled a team of 20+ members

• Finance / investment / insurance sales experience preferred

• Strong communication & leadership skills

• Target-oriented & able to work under pressure

• Good in Excel, CRM & performance tracking
