Position: Field Sales Team Lead – MEC
CTC: ₹4.80 LPA + ₹1.20 LPA (Variable)
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Field Sales Team Lead to drive paid merchant acquisition, manage on-ground sales executives, and achieve individual and team targets in a 100% field sales role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field sales executives
- Drive B2B merchant acquisition, demos, and closures
- Handle hiring, training, retention, and daily performance reviews
Eligibility:
- Graduate/Postgraduate (minimum 60%)
- 2–4 years of B2B field sales experience
- Strong cold calling, team management, and communication skills
