Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader (L2) to manage and mentor a team of Education Counsellors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving team performance, ensuring ethical counselling practices, and achieving organizational targets while maintaining a student-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Education Counsellors
• Drive team performance and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor counselling quality and ensure ethical and student-focused guidance
• Oversee daily operations, reporting, and performance tracking
• Conduct regular team reviews, feedback sessions, and performance improvement plans
• Maintain high team motivation and productivity levels

Eligibility Criteria:-

• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in team handling or team management preferred
• Passion for education and guiding students
• Target-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
