We are looking for a Team Leader to manage the admissions and counseling team in our educational institute.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Lead and manage the telecalling/counseling team.

2)Handle B2C student counseling and convert inquiries into admissions.

3)Develop B2B partnerships with colleges, institutes, and consultants.

4)Ensure team achieves admission targets.

5) Monitor daily calls, follow-ups, and maintain reports.

Skills Required:

Good communication, leadership skills, target-oriented approach, and knowledge of the admission process.
