Team Leader – Inside Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to manage, motivate, and guide a team to achieve organizational targets. The role involves team handling, performance monitoring, training, and ensuring high productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
• Ensure process adherence and quality standards
• Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
• Handle escalations and support team members in closing tasks
• Prepare reports and share updates with management
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment

Requirements:

• 5–7 years of experience in a team handling role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Ability to train, mentor, and retain team members
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools

Preferred Qualification:

• Graduate / MBA (preferred)
• Experience in Sales / Education / Operations domain is an advantage
