Job Responsibility-

We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our dynamic staffing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in client coordination, individual performance management, and team performance monitoring.

1)End-to-end client coordination and relationship management.

2)Driving individual and team performance to achieve targets

3)Monitoring daily operations and guiding recruiters

Ensuring timely delivery of manpower requirements

Managing reports, KPIs, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is a must

Strong communication & leadership skills

Ability to manage a team and deliver results independently

Good knowledge of hiring processes and client interaction
