Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities -
  • Prepare and serve chai, tea, coffee, snacks, and other beverages with speed and quality, using equipment like coffee machines and grinders.
  • Handle customer orders, payments via POS systems, cash transactions, and ensure friendly, efficient service to maintain satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness in service areas, kitchen, and dining spaces; assist with setup, cleanup, inventory checks, and food safety compliance.
  • Required SkillsPrior experience in cafes (1-3 years preferred), including barista skills, multitasking in high-volume settings, and basic food prep.
  • Strong communication, positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work under pressure while promoting the cafe's vibe.
  • Knowledge of hygiene standards, cash handling, and customer-facing tasks like order-taking and table clearing.
  • Desirable Traits -Passion for chai, coffee, and local cuisine; teamwork and initiative to handle extra duties like stock monitoring.
