We are looking for energetic and disciplined Kitchen Team Members who can maintain high standards of food quality, speed, and hygiene.

• Key ResponsibilitiesFood PreparationPrepare food items according to Boba Bhai SOPs and recipes
• Cook and assemble items such as burgers, ramen, fries, rice bowls, corn dogs and sides
• Ensure consistent taste and presentation
• Beverage PreparationPrepare bubble teas, milk teas, fruit teas and specialty drinks
• Ensure correct measurements, sugar levels, and toppings
• Kitchen OperationsMaintain clean and organized kitchen stations
• Follow FIFO inventory system
• Ensure all equipment like fryers, blenders, induction, tea brewers are used properly
• Hygiene & Food SafetyFollow strict hygiene and food safety standards
• Wear proper uniform, gloves and hairnets
• Maintain clean work areas and sanitized equipment
• Speed & EfficiencyPrepare orders quickly to meet delivery and walk-in demand
• Coordinate with the POS and front-of-house team
• Inventory HandlingMonitor ingredient levels and inform manager when stock is low
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials
• RequirementsMinimum 10th / 12th pass
• Prior experience in QSR, restaurant, café, or cloud kitchen preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations
