We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused staff to join our ice cream store. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with customers, maintain hygiene standards, and help deliver a great store experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Greet customers politely and take orders accurately
• Serve ice creams, desserts, waffles, milkshakes, and beverages
• Operate billing/POS system and handle cash or digital payments
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, freezer, and seating area
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Refill stock and assist in basic inventory management
• Handle customer queries and complaints courteously
• Support opening and closing duties of the store
