- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the adoption of innovative delivery practices to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines and architectures.
- Experience with data integration, transformation, and storage technologies to support analytics and business intelligence.
- Ability to optimize data workflows and ensure data quality, reliability, and security.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing frameworks.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
