- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of delivery objectives with client expectations.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to existing processes and methodologies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project strategies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- Strong understanding of access control frameworks and identity governance.
- Experience in designing and implementing secure authentication and authorization solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with compliance standards and risk management related to identity and access management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Identity and Access Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
