Area(s) of responsibility

• • Assess the feasibility of automating complex business processes using Automation Anywhere from technical perspective and perform due diligence to arrive at an optimal solution.
  • Identify opportunities during solution design to integrate RPA with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for intelligent automation.
  • Define the technical standards and best practices for automation development to be followed by the team.
  • Ensure the implementation of robust security measures, such as data encryption and role-based access controls (RBAC), to protect sensitive information.
  • Work with RPA Developers and RPA QAs on platform related issues and provide plausible suggestions for improvements.
  • Review the SDD for alignment with optimal solution strategy.
  • Timely raise any issues identified to Technical Project Manager so that the quality and turnaround time are not impacted.
  • Propose process improvement or re-engineering for business processes in automation scope.
  • Maintain a bot library of re-usable components to enable efficient use-case complexity analysis.
  • Provide continuous advice to RPA developers, RPA QAs, Technical Project Manager during project delivery.
  • Review all work (Requirement, Solution, Design, Code, issues) produced by project team.
  • Designing automation processes as per the operational needs of a business process.
  • Create reusable components, frameworks, and best practices to streamline bot development.
  • Develop bots to meet the defined design/solution approach.
  • Develop advanced bots leveraging features like IQ Bot, Bot Insight, Document Automation and Automation Anywhere Robotic Interface (AARI) for intelligent automation.
  • Collaborate with business analysts to refine processes for RPA implementation.
  • Build, configure, evaluate, and deploy scalable bots using Automation Anywhere tools.
  • Optimize bot performance by finetuning workflows, minimizing execution time, and reducing resource usage.
  • Leverage advanced Automation Anywhere features, such as:

• • IQ Bot and/or Document Automation for document processing, intelligent data extraction, conversion to structured usable data.
  • Bot Insight for real time analytics and reporting.
  • AARI for human bot collaboration.
  • Control Room APIs for web-service based interaction with other systems.
  • Workload Management (WLM) for large data set processing with multi-bot architecture.
