Job Overview

As an HCM Cloud Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud Service solutions for our clients. This role involves understanding client needs, configuring the system to meet these needs, and providing guidance to clients on best practices. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that arise during the implementation process. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our clients are able to effectively use Oracle HCM Cloud Service to meet their human capital management needs.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules according to client requirements.
• Use HDL to load data into the Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Manage and configure Absence Management processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM Cloud applications.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud
• Expertise in HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• Knowledge of Absence Management
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
