Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of technical products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Approach potential customers through calls, emails, and visits to promote company products and solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Study RFQs (Request for Quotations) and technical specifications to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
• Coordinate and arrange customer visits and meetings.
• Communicate effectively between customers and internal departments (Engineering, Production, and Service).
• Prepare and maintain sales-related documentation and reports.
• Follow up with customers to maintain relationships and explore new business opportunities.
• Support the engineering team in understanding customer requirements and preparing layout/system information.
• Participate in pre- and post-sales technical discussions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in Technical Sales, Industrial Equipment, or Engineering Solutions.
• Good understanding of machine systems and basic layout reading.
• Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
