Job Title: Windchill PLM Specialist - Data Management
Role Summary:
Seeking a hands-on PLM specialist to support data migration, cleanup, validation, testing, and go-live activities. This is an execution-focused role ensuring accurate and complete PLM data, clear documentation, and IT coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
•Analyze migrated PLM data for errors, duplicates, and missing information
•Execute data cleanup, validation, and reconciliation before and after migration
•Run data and system tests, document pass/fail results, and track defects
•Support IT teams during rollout, interfaces, and go-live activities
•Prepare data issue logs, test reports, and handover documentation
•Coordinate with IT and business teams for progress updates and issue resolution
Required Skills & Experience:
•10+ years in PLM data management, migration, or execution support
