Job Description
Technical & App Support
- Handle app-related queries from students/users
- Manage basic technical issues and provide solutions
- Coordinate with the app development team
- Suggest new app updates and assist in app testing
LMS & Course Operations
- LMS coordination and course mapping
- Manage YouTube channel operations
Requirements
- Basic computer knowledge
- Working knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of MS Word
- Good internet browsing skills
- Ability to handle basic technical queries
- Good communication skills (English / Hindi)
