We are seeking a Technical Support professional to join our team .The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve technical issues related to software.
Document and track customer interactions and technical issues .
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Bca , Btech or Mca
2-3 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position.
Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
