As a Technical Writer, you’ll be an integral part of the Network Services Automation team based in Pune/Bangalore. We are a new team with seriously big ambitions. You’ll help us achieve our goal of network automation which will allow faster time to market, reduce operational costs and increase productivity.

Your key responsibilities
- Writing and editing easy-to-understand user interface text, online user manuals, guides, and handbooks.
- Create and maintain the information architecture.
- Collaborating with developers and engineers to collect information.
- Ensuring technical accuracy and clarity.
- Updating and maintaining documentation as products evolve.
- Conducting research and gathering data.
- Compiling and evaluating data.
- Composing and revising technical material.
- Managing revisions and input. Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Organizing the workflow for documentation.
Your skills and experience
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a technical writer of software documentation.
- Proficient in various Publishing and Authoring tools.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Excellent written skills in English.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
- Good experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
- Fundamental Analytical skills (including tools like SQL and Excel) and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experienced with concepts like Agile Methodologies.
- Understanding of networking domain and technologies is an add-on.
- Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
