We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Field Service Technician to install, maintain, and repair a variety of industrial and commercial weighing machines at client sites. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electronic troubleshooting abilities and be capable of delivering excellent customer service under minimal supervision.

• Key Responsibilities:Install, calibrate, and commission new weighing equipment at customer sites
• Diagnose faults and repair mechanical and electronic weighing systems
• Perform scheduled maintenance and calibration to ensure equipment accuracy and compliance
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, work performed, and parts used
• Provide technical support and user training to clients when required
• Ensure all work complies with safety and legal standards (e.g., weights and measures regulations)
• Liaise with technical support, logistics, and management teams to coordinate service calls
• Manage inventory of spare parts and tools in company-provided vehicle
• Travel to various customer locations as assigned, sometimes at short notice
• Respond to emergency service calls, including occasional weekends or evenings

Requirements:Education & Experience:

• Diploma/Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar field
• Proven experience working with weighing machines or industrial instrumentation preferred
• Knowledge of calibration standards and verification procedures

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of load cells,
• Familiarity with digital and analog electronic systems
• Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service abilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Other:

• Valid two wheeler driver’s license
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment when required
