Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the implementation process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and understanding of technology architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience with integration of cloud-based solutions and services.
- Ability to design scalable and high-performance systems.
- Familiarity with various cloud service providers and their offerings.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Cloud Contact Center Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
