Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will engage in discussions to refine architectural designs, assess potential risks, and provide guidance on best practices, all while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and problem-solving.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing architecture to enhance performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud architecture and deployment models.
- Ability to design and implement scalable and resilient systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
