Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will engage in the design and delivery of technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define innovative solutions that address performance, capability, and scalability requirements. You will analyze existing systems, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that the architecture aligns with business objectives while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. Your role will also require you to stay updated with the latest technological advancements to provide the best solutions for the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall performance.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can improve team efficiency and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with process optimization and simulation modeling.
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience in performance tuning and scalability assessments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for seamless system interactions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
