Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects align with organizational goals and deliver value to clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among team members. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture. - Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles. - Experience with cloud computing platforms and services. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Solution Architecture. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
