Summary:
As a Technology Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the progress of substantial and intricate technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires close collaboration with project sponsors to effectively manage project scope and mitigate risks. The individual leads efforts to maintain high service quality and cost efficiency, driving the overall success and profitability of the projects. Additionally, the role includes fostering innovation and supporting sales activities by delivering exceptional solutions and maintaining strong delivery standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based architecture principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs.
- Familiarity with integration patterns and data migration strategies in Salesforce environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
