Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive

Department: Sales / Customer

SupportReporting To: Team Leader / Sales Manager

Job Summary:The Telecaller is responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers, explaining products or services, generating leads, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Receive and handle inbound customer calls professionally
• Explain company products/services clearly
• Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
• Follow up with interested customers
• Maintain daily call records and reports
• Handle customer queries and objections politely
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Update customer details in CRM or register

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to convince and handle customers
• Target-oriented and disciplined
