Job Title: Female Telecaller – Real Estate RentalsCompany: 11:11 RealtyLocation: Kharadi, PuneSalary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive IncentivesJob Description:11:11 Realty is looking for a motivated and confident Female Telecaller to join our growing team in Kharadi. The role focuses on handling rental property inquiries, connecting with potential clients, and supporting the rentals team in closing deals.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients regarding rental propertiesHandle inbound inquiries and convert leads into site visitsUnderstand client requirements and suggest suitable rental optionsCoordinate with the field sales team for property visitsMaintain and update client databases and call recordsFollow up regularly with leads to maximize conversionsRequirements:Female candidates onlyGood communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or MarathiBasic knowledge of real estate (preferred but not mandatory)Strong convincing and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a target-driven environmentBasic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)What We Offer:Fixed salary + high incentive structureFriendly and growth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to grow within the real estate industryWorking Hours 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
