Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Outreach & Engagement: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing channel partners to onboard them, explain new loan products/schemes, and maintain consistent engagement.
• Sales Support & Training: Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, answering questions about products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and the loan application process.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective channel partner activation and support.
• Lead Management: Assist partners in lead generation strategies and ensure timely follow-up on leads provided by the company to maximize conversion rates.
• Documentation & Compliance: Guide partners through the required customer documentation process (KYC, application forms, etc.) and ensure all activities adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with channel partners to ensure loyalty, retention, and repeat business.
• Reporting & Feedback: Maintain accurate records of all partner interactions and sales activities in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and provide regular reports and feedback to management on market trends and partner needs.
