Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of telecallers handling personal loan calls.
- Monitor daily call activities, talk time, lead generation, and conversion ratios.
- Guide the team on personal loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, and processes.
- Listen to live and recorded calls to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to improve individual and team performance.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure timely achievement.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support complex cases when required.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, and processing teams for smooth loan disbursement.
- Prepare and share daily performance reports with management.
