Telecaller

 Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students/customers to provide information about courses and services

• Answer incoming calls and provide clear and accurate information

• Explain admission process, course structure, fees, class timings, etc.

• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets as assigned

• Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and interested leads

• Share course details through WhatsApp, SMS, or social media when required

• Represent the institute professionally and maintain polite and respectful communication

• Coordinate with the admin team for admissions and updates

📚 Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Good verbal communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and basic English

• Basic knowledge of using phone, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets

• Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality

• Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an added advantage
