• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Handle inbound customer queries, provide information, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain a detailed log of customer interactions, feedback, and sales leads.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines while engaging customers.
• Convert leads into successful sales by explaining product benefits and offers.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets assigned by the team leader or management.
• Provide timely follow-ups to interested customers and close sales.
• Report customer needs, feedback, and trends to the management team.
• Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or any graduate (as per company requirement).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, energetic, and persuasive phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle customer objections and convert leads effectively.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM knowledge preferred).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage, but freshers are welcome.
