🔶Job Title: Telecaller – Real Estate Agency

●Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and support our real estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining property details, and scheduling site visits.

🔷Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads

Receive and handle inbound customer inquiries

Explain property details such as location, pricing, and amenities

Schedule site visits and follow-ups for the sales team

Maintain and update customer records in the database

Follow up with interested clients regularly

Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead targets

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

🔶Requirements & Skills:

Good communication skills in [local language/English/Hindi]

Basic knowledge of real estate preferred (training will be provided)

Ability to persuade and build customer interest

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, or calling software)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

🎓Qualification:

Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Freshers can apply

💼Experience:

0–2 years in telecalling, customer service, or sales (real estate experience is a plus)

⏰Work Timings:

Full-time(9.30AM to 6.30 PM)

Weekly Off Wednesday
