Telecaller

We are looking for a Telecaller / Admission Executive who can handle student inquiries, call leads, explain our design courses clearly, and convert interested candidates into admissions. This role is target-oriented and requires good communication and follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Call fresh and existing leads generated through ads, walk-ins, and inquiries

Explain Skillora’s courses (Graphics, Animation, VFX, Gaming, Interior, Fashion, etc.) clearly

Understand student requirements and guide them towards the right course

Follow up regularly with interested students and parents

Schedule counseling sessions, demo classes, or institute visits

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission targets

Coordinate with counselors, faculty, and management for smooth admissions
