Key Job Responsibilities (Sales & Collections):

• Customer Contact: Making outbound calls to potential customers to sell credit cards or managing portfolio collections.
• Target Achievement: Meeting daily/monthly KPIs, including sales targets, call quotas, and recovery targets.
• Customer Service: Explaining product features, benefits, and resolving queries with high professionalism.
• Compliance: Adhering to internal and regulatory guidelines, including data privacy and call quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 0 to 6+ years (relevant experience in BFSI/Telemarketing preferred).
• Communication: Proficiency in English and regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Marathi).
