Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Tele caller to join our team at Nexa, Maruti Suzuki. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to customers to remind and schedule car servicing appointments, ensuring high customer satisfaction and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

 Contact customers via phone to inform them about upcoming car service schedules.

 Book service appointments based on customer availability and preferences.

 Provide information about service packages, promotions, and benefits.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments.

 Ensure timely follow-ups with customers regarding their service needs.

 Resolve basic service-related inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff.

Qualifications:

 Excellent communication and phone etiquette.

 Previous experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.

 Basic knowledge of automotive services is a plus.

 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

 Ability to handle a high volume of calls and provide excellent customer service.
