Telecaller

We are hiring a Tally Caller / Telecaller for SEEB App (Interior Execution & Home Services Platform).

Key Responsibilities:

• Call incoming leads generated from social media and SEEB platform.
• Understand customer requirements for interior execution, renovation, painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.
• Explain SEEB App services, booking process, break-up cost, and how our system works.
• Fix appointments with customers and assign them to the Coordinator / Field Team.
• Follow up with clients until booking confirmation.
• Update call details, lead status, and customer notes in the system daily.
• Coordinate with the Skilled Team & Executions Coordinator for measurement verification and assigning work.
• Ensure each lead is handled professionally and convert into bookings.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi.
• Basic understanding of interior services is preferred (training will be provided).
• Must be active, confident, and target-driven.
• Ability to handle customer queries clearly and politely.
• Experience in telecalling / customer service is an advantage.

Work Style:

• Call, follow-up, explain, convert bookings.
• Work with speed and discipline.
• Maintain proper records for each lead.
