Telecaller

We are looking for Telecalling Executives for election-related and other information-based projects. The role involves making outbound calls to voters and citizens to share information, conduct surveys, and collect feedback. This is a non-sales role focused purely on awareness, data collection, and communication as per the provided calling script. Candidates will be required to update basic call reports in CRM and send WhatsApp follow-up messages when required.

Responsibilities:

Make information-based outbound calls, communicate election or project-related details clearly, conduct surveys and feedback calls, perform ward or booth-level calling, update call status and reports accurately, and follow communication guidelines and scripts.
