Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to interact with customers over the phone, promote products or services, generate leads, and resolve customer queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers

Explain products/services and their benefits clearly

Generate leads and schedule appointments or sales meetings

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries

Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details

Follow up with customers to close sales or collect feedback

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Address customer complaints professionally and escalate when required

Requirements & Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma (graduate preferred)

Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales, or Customer Support Executive is an advantage

Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English

Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, dialing systems)

Skills Required

Excellent verbal communication and listening skills

Persuasion and negotiation abilities

Customer-focused and positive attitude

Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure

Time management and discipline
