Process: BPO Telecalling (Inbound & Outbound)
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Communicate clearly with customers and resolve queries
- Maintain call quality and follow process guidelines
- Language RequirementBasic communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Minimum HSC Pass
- Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Shift & Working DetailsShift Time: 9:30 AM β 6:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Rotational
