Telecaller

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Make outbound cold calls to prospects from company-provided databases and data vendors.
2. Introduce company services clearly and build interest through meaningful conversation.
3. Identify and qualify prospects based on need, intent, budget readiness, and timeline.
4. Generate qualified leads and share them with the sales/design team for further conversion.
5. Schedule site visits, design consultations, or follow-up calls for the sales team.
6. Maintain accurate call records, lead status, and remarks in CRM / Excel.
7. Follow up with interested prospects as per defined call and follow-up cycles.
8. Handle objections professionally and educate prospects without forcing sales.
9. Coordinate with sales team to support lead nurturing and closure at later stages.
10. Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets while maintaining quality standards.
11. Ensure compliance with company calling guidelines, etiquette, and data usage policies.

REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Communication SkillsStrong verbal communication in Hindi & English (Marathi is an added advantage).
• Confident phone presence with clear articulation.
• Ability to engage strangers and build rapport quickly.
• Sales & Lead Generation SkillsExperience in cold calling, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Understanding of lead qualification concepts (interest, budget, timeline).
• Ability to convert cold conversations into warm leads.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
• Professional & Behavioural SkillsPolite, patient, and persuasive without being aggressive.
• Resilient and motivated to handle rejection positively.
• Ethical approach to sales and customer interaction.
• Technical & Work SkillsBasic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, WhatsApp follow-ups).
• Ability to update lead data accurately and consistently.

Time management and discipline in high-volume calling environments.
