Job Description: Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, explaining products or services, and generating leads or sales. The Telecaller should maintain a positive attitude, handle customer queries effectively, and build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining call records, achieving daily/weekly targets, and coordinating with the sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales will be an added advantage, but freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome. The ideal candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
