Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales Executive / Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products or services, and closing sales over the phone while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads
• Explain product/service details clearly and confidently
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain proper call records
• Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally
• Update customer information accurately in CRM or company systems
• Coordinate with the sales and support teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Proven experience as a Telecaller / Telesales Executive (freshers can apply)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling software)
• Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2C / B2B telesales
• Knowledge of lead generation and sales funnels
• Prior experience in [Real Estate / Construction as needed]
