Job PurposeTo handle all operational, documentation and service work so that YOU can focus only on high-value client meetings and revenue generation. Operations Executive Customer Support
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess mutual fund transactions (SIP, lumpsum, redemptions)
- Handle KYC documentation
- Upload applications on platforms (CAMS, Karvy, insurers portals)
- Policy issuance follow-ups
- Maintain Zoho CRM data
- Client service calls and reminders
- Renewal tracking (car, health, life)
- Preparing client reports
- Handling WhatsApp chatbot leads
- Coordination with insurance companies and AMCs
